OPSA - CMP

OPSA is now affiliated with Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP). This provides a means for the club and individual club members to access the beneficial shooting and buying programs offered by CMP, including:

1. Right to purchase government surplus firearms and ammunition such as the M1 Garand, 03 Springfield and 22 rifles.

2. Right to purchase parts and tools at a reduced price.

3. CMP support, such as loaner guns, for youth shooting programs.

4. Support for shooting clinics that the club may wish to conduct.

Membership in a CMP affiliated club is an absolute requirement for individuals wishing to purchase items from the CMP and we have already signed on several new members for this reason alone.
